Customer Service Department

Due to the fact that customer satisfaction is our priority, this department is shaped by a qualified team. Each specialist possesses a set of substantive and language skills in order to be able to provide the best customer service experience. This team is responsible for the 1st line support and building a positive image of the company - by monitoring each step of the electronic visa application process under the customers’ name and providing support via email and phone.
