    • a person residing in an occupied territory of Georgia or is internally displaced from this territory
    • a person emigrated for political opinions or for hard social and economic conditions
  • a foreign citizen making such an investment in Georgia that contributes substantially to the development of the state economy;
  • a foreign citizen that is successful in sport, science, and/or art, and intends to carry on their activity on behalf of Georgia.

Once Georgian citizenship is granted, a person can get a Georgian passport.
