TERMS OF SERVICE

To join authorized affiliate program of Evisa Express, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Evisa Express service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Evisa Express affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in Evisa Express affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Evisa Express” refers to International Visa Service LLC., with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Evisa Express affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.


1. Commissions

Commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems will be paid. Affiliate payments are made once of each month. We include the commissions generated by tracked and completed sales during the previous month to the payment. The minimum payment for all affiliates is 100 EUR, if the amount is less than minimum, it will be accumulated until the affiliate reaches the amount expressed.

2. Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise our site in online.

3. Payment

Referal payments will be paid once a month when your affiliate balance is 100EUR or more. Payments can be requested every 30 days.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Refunds

In the event a customer requests a refund for a subscription for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.

5. Usage and Obligations

Affiliates are permitted to use Evisa Express brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the Evisa Express. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Evisa Express.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Evisa Express or their relationship with Evisa Express in a false or misleading way.

The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Evisa Express. The Evisa Express has a Zero Tolerance policy for SPAM and any Affiliate found engaging in SPAM will be terminated from the program and will forfeit any commissions earned.

6. Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Evisa Express will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If Evisa Express chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than 100 EUR will be paid to the affiliate within 30 days of termination. 


7. Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.

8. Important tax information:

If you are an individual registered in our affiliate program, the income tax will be deducted from the money you earned. In turn, company owners are responsible for a tax deduction on their own.
