Following completion of the application process, travelers receive the approved documents via email. The delivered PDF file, later on, be printed or kept as an electronic copy and presented upon arrival.

To obtain an Embassy visa, citizens of the Netherlands must first check the current regular visa requirements applicable to the selected country. Next, it’s time to start preparing the required documents and fill the application form.

The form should not contain any errors in the provided data, and the required documents should be complete. The collected paperwork along with the filled application form should be submitted at an Embassy. Additional steps, such as covering an issuing fee or undergoing a visa interview, may be required.

Since Dutch citizens must apply for an Embassy visa when visiting 25 countries, it’s best to start the application process and check the current requirements at least a few weeks before the planned trip.
