Morocco e-Visa
Morocco e-Visa: Basic Information
Morocco e-Visa is an electronic visa introduced in July 2022 by the Government of Morocco to minimize the paperwork and make travel easier for citizens of around 50 different countries.
The decision to introduce the e-Visa system in Morocco was followed by King Mohammed VI's order and was expected to boost the tourism sector in the Kingdom.
The Moroccan online visa is a single-entry permit allowing a 30-day stay in Morocco, while the visa remains valid for 6 months from the date of approval.
A Morocco visa applicant needs to follow a very intuitive and straightforward 3-step application process using any working electronic device connected to the Internet. The entire application process involves providing essential details in the online form, uploading supporting documentation, and covering the fees.
All eligible travelers should apply for a Morocco online visa at least a few business days before they plan to enter Morocco to receive the visa confirmation on time. Once the Moroccan authorities make the final decision, the approval of a visa will be delivered to the applicant via email.
If you wish to spend more time in Morocco or your traveling purpose is not covered by the e-Visa, you should contact the nearest diplomatic mission of Morocco to find out what type of visa you need.
